Meet Pastor Bobby

Charismatic, forward-thinking, and a compelling voice for his generation, Bobby Bennett Jr. is a dedicated social advocate, educator, and true servant leader. A third-generation member of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC), Pastor Bennett has faithfully served the ministry since his youth. Raised in the Hampton Roads region, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Norfolk State University and a Master of Education from Strayer University. His professional background in education beautifully intersects with his divine mandate to preach the gospel of grace, fueling his passion for human development and empowerment.

Pastor Bennett’s leadership philosophy is anchored in a simple yet powerful mantra: love people, build community, and serve God’s kingdom. Under the visionary leadership of Bishop G. Wesley Hardy, he was appointed to lead the congregation in Suffolk, Virginia. Following the guidance of the Holy Spirit, he led the transition of the ministry from TPSVCA to Victory Faith Church. Under his progressive leadership, Victory Faith Church is built upon the pillars of Agape and Honor, dedicated to building bridges over barriers, and committed to cultivating intentional growth in the lives of believers.

Demonstrating his respected leadership and ability to unite others, Pastor Bennett was elected Chairman of the Jurisdictional Council of Pastors and Elders in 2024, where he proudly serves and supports more than 100 pastoral leaders.

In 2020, he partnered in life and ministry with his best friend and the love of his life, the beautiful and anointed Evangelist NaKeyia Bennett. Together, they are committed to modernizing ministry while staying rooted in Christ's command to serve humanity. Pastor Bennett aligns his life and leadership with Job 36:11:“If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.”

GOD BLESS ALL COWBOYS FANS!!!
